Great that you want to help!
We especially need people to walk around during the competitions, see who finishes next and write down the times. Accompanying persons who are not taking part in the competition are also welcome.

The puzzle board has a size of 100 x 140cm. Each team also has another table to place things on...
There will be a room next to the competition area where participants can lie down.
The room is not large enough to accommodate all participants at the same time. Participants who want to use the room must be considerate of each other, keep quiet and only occupy as much space as necessary.
A sleeping area should only be set up when it is in use, so that the space is only occupied during sleeping and is then free again for other participants.
Equipment such as sleeping mats, sleeping bags etc. must be brought by the participants themselves.
For a quieter place to sleep, there are hotels in the vicinity of the event.
By registering, you are entering into a contract with the event organiser regarding your participation. The organiser is named on the event page and is responsible for processing your registration details; the Jigsaw Puzzle Events platform processes them on the organiser’s behalf.
To run the competition, participants’ first name, surname, date of birth and nationality are required. Names and nationality, as well as the times achieved and placings, will be published in start lists, in announcements during the event and in results lists. This forms part of taking part in a sporting competition.
Information regarding accessibility is voluntary and will only be passed on to the organiser with your express consent.
Details regarding the processing of your data, payments and your rights can be found in the privacy policy. The organiser’s rules regarding photographs, videos, the event programme and conduct are set out in the event rules.
Only participants and officials (persons authorised by the club) may enter the competition area.
Participants must be on site 45 minutes before the start of the competition.
Participants between the ages of 16 and 18 are generally permitted. They must be accompanied by an adult.
Teams consist of 4-10 people, a maximum of 4 people are allowed to puzzle at the same time.
If a team does not turn up, the club reserves the right to nominate participants at short notice, e.g. on the basis of a waiting list.
Until the presenter announces the start of the competition and the stopwatch starts, the puzzle boxes may not be manipulated, unsealed or opened.
All teams start with the same puzzle, then continue in a fixed order.
Officials will monitor the competition and record the times of the solvers. If a team is close to completing a puzzle, they should raise their arm to alert an official to record the time. After checking for completeness, the official will note the time and pass it on to the head referee.
If pieces are missing at the end of the puzzle, this will be noted, but there is no direct penalty for missing pieces.
If the last puzzle is not completed, the officials will count the largest matching piece and note this number.
Sorting aids or plates may be used as aids. Box top holders are also permitted. Headphones are permitted as long as other participants are not disturbed by them.
The participants themselves must bring their own aids.
Items that change the height or arrangement of the tables are not permitted. Additional light sources are not permitted. Templates that represent the puzzle manufacturer's pattern are not permitted. Printouts of the puzzle motifs or digital images on mobile devices are not permitted.
Any assistance during the competition from a person other than the participants who are currently puzzling may result in the participant being disqualified.
All puzzles used in the competition are the property of the participants after the end of the competition.
The decisions of the judges during the competitions are final.
The organiser points out that pictures and film recordings will be taken during the event and that these may be published on the Internet or other social media. By participating in this public event, a participant waives his/her "right to his/her own image".
