Jigsaw Puzzle Events is a platform on which organisers (clubs, associations, companies and individuals) advertise their events. The organiser named on the event page is responsible for the content of that page and for processing registrations. Puzzleverein Deutschland e.V. operates the platform and acts as organiser only for those events where it is named as such.
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
As a service provider, we are liable for our own content on these pages in accordance with Section 7(1) of the German Data Protection Act (DDG) and under general legislation. However, pursuant to Sections 8 to 10 of the DDG, we, as a service provider, are not obliged to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored on our site, nor are we obliged to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.
