From setup to results, the Organizer Console breaks event organization down into five simple steps: basics, competitions, schedule, registration, and publish. No experience required. No cost to start. Every event you run becomes part of the growing history of competitive jigsaw puzzling.
A non-profit project. Associations and clubs can set up and publish events without a licence fee.
From a small local competition to a multi-day championship, the setup works at every scale.
Every step exists because someone ran an event and needed it. By puzzlers, for puzzlers.
The wizard asks only for what's needed. Start from a preset — championship or one-day competition — or build your own. Every field is optional at first, editable later, and your draft can be saved at any point.
Name, dates, venue, city and country, description and banner.
Solo, pairs and teams; rounds and heats; piece counts, time limits, capacity and fees.
Heats are added automatically from your competitions. Add doors open, ceremonies and breaks to complete the schedule.
Sign-up window, deadlines, cancellation rules, and how puzzlers pay their entry fees.
Preview the public event page exactly as puzzlers will see it, then publish. Edit or unpublish whenever you like.
The technical side of running a competition is covered end to end, and the repetitive parts are automated. Nothing has to be tracked in a side document.
Every organization has its own subpage: your name, your logo, your language, your currency and your time zone. Puzzlers see your events under your identity, not a generic template. One account can manage several organizations, each with its own members and roles.
A competition is one reason to gather. Beyond running the event, the platform helps puzzlers find a pair or team and organizers find the volunteers they need. It connects what happens around competitions: the people, associations, events, results and memories that make up the puzzling community.
Open your event to more puzzlers, even if they don't have a partner or team yet. The Team Finder helps them find each other, creating new connections across the puzzling community.
Set the tasks and time slots you need help with, and let attendees sign up or share their availability. Puzzlers can volunteer around their own rounds, making it easier to fill the gaps.
Shared categories and piece counts make times comparable across events and countries, placing your event's results alongside others from around the world.
Keep track of your association's members and give them what their membership is worth: the chance to register before everyone else, reduced or waived entry fees, and member-only events.
Every event has its own media area where organizers can post photos and videos, so the memories stay with the event instead of scattering across chats, camera rolls and folders.
Every published event becomes part of a shared calendar puzzlers can use to plan their season and discover upcoming competitions. More events mean more chances to meet, compete and discover the community around speed puzzling.
The platform is under active development, and we welcome your ideas and feedback along the way. Here are the pieces we're working on.
Create events with no competitions at all, from a casual café afternoon to a full jigsaw puzzle weekend with workshops and its own programme. Add sign-ups and make it part of the shared calendar.
One profile for every puzzler, bringing together every competition they enter and every time they set, from their first local event to a world championship.
Go beyond logo, language, currency and time zone with your own colour palette across your organization's pages.
We're continuously improving the experience for organizers and puzzlers alike: making it quicker to publish an event and easier to go from discovering one to signing up.
This is a non-profit project made by people who compete and people who organize. The reason it exists is simple: the work of running an event should not be the thing that stops an event from happening.
Associations and clubs can start using the Organizer Console free of charge. If a format your community uses is missing, tell us — that is how most of what is here got here.
Setting up and publishing events is currently free. This is a non-profit project, and our aim is to keep the platform as accessible as possible. If running costs grow significantly, we may ask organizations to help cover those costs in the future. For events that accept card payments, the payment provider's standard processing fees apply.
Yes. The same tools run a competition for fifteen puzzlers and one for several hundred; there is no minimum size. Other events like casual meetups or workshops are being worked on.
No. Everything happens in the browser, in guided steps, with no setup, no installation and no hosting on your side.
You do. Your organization owns its events, decides who in your team can edit them, and publishes or unpublishes on its own schedule.
Tell us about your association and the events you run. We will set up your organization page and guide your team through the first event.
